1. Conclusion of a Contract

b) for the postal costs of sending the products as defined below.
The products sold in the store are manufactured to be available in the EU. The main technical characteristics and other details of the products sold are available and each user/customer can find them by following the search instructions listed on our websites.
Retail prices are listed next to each product and include VAT.
For the areas of Greece where reduced VAT rates apply. in accordance with the law and if your order is made with an invoice, then the prices of the products are lower than those listed under reduced VAT. 2. Ordering Method
All orders are received in writing, via the internet, by completing and sending the relevant Order Form, which appears on the website https://clima-net.gr and are binding only if accepted by the store. The user – customer is informed, regarding the acceptance or not – by the store – of his orders, from the order status that he will receive with the Registration Confirmation and which is sent by e-mail after submitting the order. He is also obliged to check the Registration Confirmation and immediately inform the store (at the latest within 24 hours from the time of receiving the Registration Confirmation electronic notification) in writing of any error, otherwise the information stated in the Registration Confirmation will be applied to this Agreement.

3. Cancellation of order
Depending on the stage of development of the relevant order, the user – customer will be informed about the options he has. Any change or cancellation of the order will not be valid without our prior acceptance and in any case the user – customer will be responsible for damages caused by the cancellation of the order.

4. Shipping Methods – Delivery – Ownership
The products of our online store are either sent anywhere within the Greek Territory (except for areas where the cooperating courier company does not provide services) or picked up from our store at 77 Veikou Street & 145B Tralleon Street, Galatsi Attica 144 46.
In particular, the user-customer can pick up his order from our store at 77 Veikou Street & 145B Tralleon Street, Galatsi Attica 144 46, on the day and time to be determined after telephone consultation, paying the purchase price in cash or credit card, upon receipt of the products from our store in question. In any case, it is a necessary condition that the advance payment has been made.
In the event that the customer only wishes the delivery of the product by the courier service, then it will be served during the corresponding days and hours of service of the service in question. If the customer wishes in addition to the delivery and installation by our authorized workshops, then these will be carried out every day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays as well as outside the period from August 10th to August 25th.
The shipping cost is determined for the items to be handled by the partner courier company and is made known to the customer-user by selecting the appropriate field when filling out the order form.
These charges apply to areas that are not characterized by the cooperating courier company as “inaccessible”. For areas that are outside the service network (courier) and characterized as hard to reach, then the shipping costs will vary. You will be informed of the fact that your area is considered inaccessible in writing and within a period of approximately 48 hours and therefore of the cost of transportation after the Order Entry Confirmation.
If the user – customer does not agree with the transport cost, he is entitled – within 24 hours from the time of receiving the relevant information – to request in writing (by fax or e-mail) the correction or cancellation of the order. The expiry of this deadline will be proof of the agreement and acceptance by the user – customer of the transport costs. The delivery time stated in the Registration Confirmation is approximate. The store will make every effort to ship the products within ten (10) business days (Monday to Friday), while in any case the delivery is due no later than thirty (30) days after receiving the order from the store, unless there is an important reason (eg a problem with the availability of the item) and this has been communicated from the beginning to the customer placing the order or another reason that constitutes an event of force majeure.
For products whose availability is “MADE TO ORDER” and provided that they can be ordered from the store’s suppliers, the delivery time will be approximated in the relevant list. The place of delivery is indicated on the Registration Confirmation.
Title to the Product is transferred upon full payment and risk is transferred upon delivery.

5. Warranty
Depending on the product, the terms of the written warranty attached to the product packaging will apply. The store does not independently provide a guarantee of good operation of the products sold, nor does it guarantee protection for third-party products, which are manufactured and/or assembled and which the store simply resells. For such products a warranty is given directly by the manufacturer.
The transport of the goods for repair and vice versa is at the responsibility and expense of the user – customer. In any case, the repair or replacement of a defective product or device is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions, which the user-customer knows and accepts. The store mediates exclusively between the Customer and the Manufacturing Company for the repair or replacement of the defective product or device. The manufacturer at its sole option undertakes to repair or replace the product or device.
The start date of the warranty is defined as the date of sale of the product or device from the store. Repair outside the time of this warranty is solely borne by the user – customer. The store gives no guarantee for the suitability of the product or the device for a specific use.
The provisions of the Civil Code apply to dealing with defects or lack of agreed properties in the sold items. For a property to be considered contracted, it must be certified as such in writing by both parties.
Safe products – Warranty terms:
The products made available by Clima-Net are long-lasting products, which carry all the necessary certification of safe operation. The products are accompanied by written instructions for use (except for easy-to-use products) and by a written guarantee of good operation of a reasonable duration, in the Greek language in cases where this is required by law. The warranty form, if provided, always includes the name and address of the guarantor, the product to which the warranty refers, its exact content, its duration, its local extent of validity, as well as the rights granted by the applicable law. The warranty of the device has a duration according to the manufacturer from the date of its purchase and allows the repair of the problem free of charge, as long as the following conditions are met: a) there is the guarantee of the agency and proof of purchase of the device, b) they do not have the fixed data of the device (Serial No.) is altered, c) the damage is not excluded based on the manufacturer’s warranty form.

7. Force Majeure
Our online store https://clima-net.gr is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery), which are due to cases that cannot be attributed to its fault or are due to force majeure and will therefore be entitled to an extension of time execution. In the order form you should fill in the requested details of your credit card, which you are the beneficiary of, for which you are the only responsible for the correct recording and the truth of these. The use of a third party credit card is not permitted. The charge will be made as long as its validity is checked, the data is certified and the balance is available, so that it covers the value of your order. In the event that the said transaction is rejected by the relevant Bank or the relevant network, then the purchase is not carried out. The Company bears no responsibility in case of illegal use of credit cards. Transactions carried out through credit cards take place in the Bank’s secure encrypted environment. In the event that your order cannot be completed due to an unsuccessful charge to your credit card by the bank, you can contact customer service so that your order can be routed through a different payment method.
C. Payment through PayPal. If you wish to make your purchases via PayPal, all you have to do is select PayPal as a payment method when completing your Order.
